凭单专栏：家丽资-WA 涨势凌厉

家丽资机构（HOMERIZ，5160，主板消费产品股）的新凭单家丽资机构-WA，在本月15日开始在大马交易所上市。

该凭单交易首几天，在45仙左右站稳脚步后，在上周二开始大幅度上涨，并在周四创下66.5仙的新高。

家丽资机构母股也在这期间，从1令吉左右，最高涨至1.20令吉，并在上周五收市时以1.15令吉交易。家丽资机构-WA则以64.5仙结束上周交易。

家丽资机构的主要业务是设计、制造与出口高级软垫家具，是国内两家针对国际市场的中高级软垫家具制造商之一。

除了原厂设计制造（ODM）自身品牌Eritz，公司也从事代工生产（OEM）。

在2月结束的2015财政年首半年，获得1082万令吉的净利，比上一个财政年同期的1040万令吉净利略微增长。

该公司的营业额则增长10.7%，至7121万令吉。

虽然营业额受美金走强激励，不过由于原料价格也上升，所以盈利未能显著提高。

家丽资机构-WA还有接近5年才到期，溢价高达36.1%。

从交易角度来看，家丽资机构-WA的引伸波幅达54.2%，与母股55.2%短期历史波幅差不多，这意味该凭单理论上属合理水平。

但是这价内凭单的杠杆效应并不太高，有效杠杆达1.47，意味如果母股继续上升，家丽资机构-WA的上升百分比幅度，会比母股高47%。

投资者需要注意的是家丽资机构以往派息记录良好，这对凭单溢价会有一定的影响。除非母股的增长率远超股息率，长期持有该公司凭单并非太过明智选择。

馬幣走弱‧家麗資淨利可增21%

（吉隆坡9日訊）馬幣走弱，分析員預期可提振家麗資機構（HOMERIZ，5160，主板消費品組）2015財政年業務，週息率達3.8%。

豐隆研究表示，馬幣再次走弱，預期該公司2014至2016財政年營業額及淨利可分別取得8%及21%的複合成長率（CAGR），以40%的派息率計算，預期2015財政年週息率為3.8%。

該公司週三宣佈以767萬令吉購買麻坡4.0746公頃地庫，充作廠房。公司將從5千200萬令吉現金減少至4千400萬令吉，資產負債表仍屬健康水平，預期2015財政年每股淨現金為14.7仙。

豐隆基於該公司淨利高，因此維持“買進”評級及1令吉21仙的目標價不變，2016年的本益比為10倍左右。

家丽资767万买地建厂

（吉隆坡9日讯）家丽资机构（HOMERIZ，5160，主板消费产品股）子公司Embrace工业，以767万5408令吉，买下4.0746公顷的农地，计划兴建厂房。

根据文告，该地位于柔佛巫金（Mukim）的峇吉里路，距离麻坡约13公里，靠近公司目前的基建和制造厂房，便于行政管理、更有效地控制成本和产品品质。

内部融资

而这也能加速产品面市，达到更有效率及更大的经济规模。

家丽资机构表示，购买地皮是为了扩大生产业务，这也是进行中的拓展计划之一。

此购地交易将通过内部融资完成，而发展厂房的资金，除了内部融资，或向银行借贷完成，但也不会显著提升公司的净负债率。

如无意外，购地活动料在2016财年首季完成。

買進券商心頭好．家麗資機構 股價具32%揚升空間

合理價：1.21令吉

家麗資機構（HOMERIZ，5160，主要板消費）通過Embrace工業私人有限公司以767萬令吉購地，與現有工廠毗鄰有利于未來擴展產能，且購地后資產負債表仍維持穩健表現。

　對于以767萬令吉價格收購4公頃土地可謂合理，該公司將全額從內部融資，料在截至8月底2016財年首季完成收購活動。

　我們相信收購農業地為一項利好交易，因該土地面向大馬路，且靠近現有5家工廠，共有5萬4507平方呎可建築面積。

　雖然家麗資機構2015財年淨現金將從5200萬令吉降低至4400萬令吉，可資產負債表仍維持正面表現，持有現金數額占市價的15.9%。

　該公司料從美元走強受惠，營業額和稅后歸屬股東淨利（PATAMI）預計具8%和21%年複成長率（CAGR）。

　我們估計家麗資機構2015財年每股現金為14.7仙，以40%派息率計算，股息收益料處于具吸引力的3.8%水平。

　同時，我們維持家麗資機構“買進”投資評級，基于該公司具高盈利可見度，因此相較1.21令吉目標價還有32%上升空間。

　家麗資機構周四（9日）以91.5仙開跑，休市報93.5仙，起1.5仙。該股閉市掛96.5仙，起4.5仙，成交量175萬7400股。
