The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of HCB and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of HCB at the address as per the Record of Depositors of HCB within eight (8) market days from the Entitlement Date. Entitled shareholders of HCB are not required to take any action. The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad within two (2) market days after the application for the quotation of the Warrants has been submitted to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
